We were so excited to finally see Josh & Tonya tie the knot! Due to the corona virus, original plans had to be postponed. Their date was supposed to be held back in April. However, with amazing friends and family by their side, plus everyone's talents and support, their Backyard NC Wedding came together from a joint labor of love. Everyone there felt like a big part of the day and were joyous to help everything come together smoothly.
The Bride's aunt hosted their backyard nc wedding and it was the perfect spot for an intimate gathering. Her farm was so sweet to roam around and explore. We loved the rustic barns and how serene the entire day felt. Josh & Tonya were a dream to work with and trusted us every step of the way.
Puppies for the Bridesmaids
We almost died from an overload of cuteness when Tonya asked us if she could trade her bridesmaid's bouquets out for PUPPIES!! UMM, YES! Who doesn't want to play with a bunch of adorable puppies?! It was so creative and we loved getting to incorporate some of the farm life into the wedding details. 🙂
Their outdoor reception was magical. Full of twinkle lights hanging from the trees above, lawn games, Southern food, and lots of laughter. We found out how much Josh & Tonya love Coca Cola after stumbling upon a giant Coca Cola wall in downtown Concord for their fun adventure session. And we love that they even had a dedicated Coca Cola station set up for all their guests to enjoy. It was the coolest!
Trinity NC Wedding
The couple danced their first dance, at dusk, to a song written by the Groom himself. A sweet surprise for Tonya from her new husband.
