Every year, we make a little film of us decorating our Christmas tree. It’s never meant to be perfect. Just a way to slow down, document a quick moment of the season, and remember what life looked like right then.
This year feels especially meaningful. Our sweet baby girl is here with us, experiencing her very first Christmas, earth side! Watching her big brown eyes take in the lights on the tree and all the ornaments is something we'll never forget. And we're so excited to see what she'll be like, next Christmas. It's such a tender thing that we always knew would be so special. But living it now, is something else! It's wild. And we wouldn't trade these memories for anything in the world.
These films are a reminder of why we love documenting real life the way it unfolds. The small moments. The in between. The seasons that move quickly if we don’t pause to notice them.
