Meet, Eric & Mary! These two decided to host their special wedding day in beautiful Charleston at the Quarters K at Riverfront Park. A delightful little venue that used to be naval based housing, built in 1937. We adore old properties and fell in love with the old architecture and history of this amazing place. Even more awesome than that, is the property and proximity of the gorgeous river that runs right next to the venue. Every window looks out onto the riverfront with Spanish moss trees dripping overhead and framing each view.
We love Charleston, SC so much and can't get enough of the charm this place has to offer. Every time we're here, we catch ourselves just roaming all over the place and finding interesting perspectives around every corner. The Quarters K has a perfect layout where Eric & Mary's guests could flow inside and outside easily. Or they could even take a little stroll alongside the river while waiting for the day's festivities to begin. It was a breathtakingly beautiful scene that lended itself perfectly for a happy couple tying the knot.
Riverfront Park Wedding
Their ceremony spot was outside under the majestic mossy trees. But before they officially said "I-Do," they shared a fun First Look to ease their nerves. Both of them were beaming when they finally got to see each other for the first time. And Mary even shared a First Look with her father. We could see their special relationship right away and loved documenting these fleeting moments for them to relive later on.
The whole day was sun drenched and dreamy. We stole the pair away for some romantic time around the magical property while guests were happily mingling. We loved Eric & Mary's energy and joy throughout our time with them and couldn't get enough of the lovely atmosphere.
Eric & Mary, thanks for choosing us to be a part of your celebration in this special place! We loved every minute!
