Meet Todd & Erika. They chose to have an Overlook Barn Wedding, on a beautiful Summer day in September. The weather couldn't have been more perfect and the sun was shining brightly all day for these two.
Todd has three teenage boys and our favorite moment of the day was when Erika made special vows to them during the ceremony. Everyone was teary eyed and it was so special to witness their family joining together. This day was packed full of fun family moments and we especially loved all the great toasts during the reception. Erika’s dad had everyone laughing out loud and then shedding tears of joy all at the same time and it was one of the best toasts we've ever heard.
Later on, we snuck these two away from their sweet friends and family and ventured up the mountain to "the rock" for some last moments of daylight. We shot into the dusk, surrounded by wildflowers and mountain views. Erika had one last surprise up her sleeve with a gorgeous second dress for dancing the night away. They ended things with a special dance for just the two of them and we kept our cameras at a distance for them to have the huge empty barn to themselves.
