Lake Lure Wedding | Benji & Angie
My my my, this destination wedding in Lake Lure, NC was awesome sauce to be apart of! I’m sure a lot of people choose to get married here if they have strong obsession for the movie, Dirty Dancing (a large portion of the movie was filmed at this very spot!). But Benji & Angie fell in love with Lake Lure while passing through the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Who wouldn’t?! It’s a stunning place and Mark and I may or may not already have plans to return for a summer getaway. What can we say about these two love birds? Other than the fact that they are perfect for one another, we also think that they are pretty perfect for us! Before it gets too mushy here on the blog, let me explain myself.. When we met up with Benji & Angie for the first time the most important thing that they stressed to us was that they wanted us to have creative freedom with their engagement session and with their beautiful Lake Lure wedding. This was music to our ears and most importantly, we knew that right away they trusted us. What happens when we have creative freedom, inspiring views, and an awesome couple? Magic. Pure magic. And maybe a little rain.. okay, a lot of rain. While not everything can always go according to plan, one things for sure.. Benji & Angie’s wedding day was a freaking blast to be apart of! Seriously, getting to create moments like this, with people like this.. is a blessing. Benji & Angie, thank you for your trust and for sharing your big day with us! We wish you two all the best!!
