BROWN’S BREWING CO | TROY, NY | MIKE & LIZ WEDDING
Mike & Liz decided to host their wedding in Troy, New York, at the hip Revolution Hall at Brown’s Brewing Co. It was a brisk, windy, upstate New York day. It was the perfect Winter wedding just minus the snow that Liz had wished for. We did see a few flakes while walking the downtown streets of Troy but the windy day and awaiting brews pushed everyone inside the cozy Revolution Hall. These two packed the house with all their family and friends and everyone was all smiles witnessing them tie the knot.
Liz is incredible and made all the florals herself. How awesome is that? She even brought a glue gun with her on the day incase it was needed (which it was!).. the signs of a true DIYer.
Our favorite guest of honor was their adorable fur baby, Minerva. She spent the morning roaming back and forth from the groomsman and bridal rooms to ‘get ready’ with her parents. She was the sweetest pup and Liz wins the best groom’s gift award for getting Mike socks with Minerva’s face on them. Absolute perfection!
The toasts were wonderful and had everyone teary eyed. These moments are always some of our favorites to document. Next, were the tender dances. And then came the amazing band. The party was the best and everyone was on the dance floor of the two story brewery.
Mike’s only photo request for us was to snag a cool shot down in the cellar of the brewery, with the actual beer barrels. Ummm, done and done! We love photo ops like that and were happy to take full advantage. We also happened to bring along some fun fairy lights to play with incase a moment presented itself. The dark barrel room made for the perfect scene to whip them out. We are so grateful for Mike & Liz. For their trust and willingness to let us wrap them up in twinkle lights and for allowing us to be creative. It’s because of couples like them, who believe in us and want to work with us to create something unique and beautiful.
Mike & Liz, we adore you both. You guys make an incredible pair, who together can take on anything. Thank you for flying us to New York to be a part of your fun day!
