Seth & Mckenzie really are #twoSPEASEinapod! Sorry, couldn’t resist throwing in their adorable wedding hashtag! You may remember these two lovebirds from their engagement session in Raleigh. It was a scattered thunderstorms type of day but these two made the best of it and we had a blast. Their wedding day, was completely gorgeous and sunny. We were so excited to get Seth & Mckenzie back in front of our lenses.
Their day started out with lots of anticipation. We could tell right away that these two were so ready to see each other and celebrate. Mckenzie coped by getting her final touches of hair and makeup done and having lots of laughs with her beautiful bridesmaids. And Seth dealt by sipping some moonshine and blow drying his hair. These two are so funny and we were loving every moment spent with them both.
When it was almost time for Seth & Mckenzie to share their First Look, they first exchanged their letters to one another. This was such a sweet moment and we could see the excitement all over their faces. All their nerves were diminished when they finally laid eyes on one another during their first look. We loved getting to take photos in and around the beautiful Melrose Knitting Mill. It had a wonderful vintage flair with gorgeous exposed brick, wooden beams, and white linens draped from floor to ceiling.
Seeing Seth watch his stunning bride walk down the long aisle was the sweetest. It was the perfect setting for these two to get married and we loved the light that melted in the windows from the side.
After the ceremony, Seth & Mckenzie wanted to share some fun photo moments with their bridal party at the Capitol Building in downtown Raleigh. It was a cool spot for pictures and a perfect little getaway for them all to have some memorable moments to themselves. This group was super awesome and you can tell how much they love Seth & Mckenzie!
A big bus ride and a few popped bottles of champagne later and these guys were ready to celebrate back at the Knitting Mill. These two shared some hilarious toasts and a couple of SUPER sweet first dances with their parents. Everyone in the room was either crying tears of laugher or joy and it was the perfect start to their amazing reception.
Seth & Mckenzie ended their fun day with lots of drinks, pizza, glow sticks, and TONS of dance moves. It was awesome and completely, them!
Seth & Mckenzie, thank you both for letting us capture your big day! It was such a blast and you both are the coolest!!
